My $14 Bargain room in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Beach Road Hotel which is located right in the heart of the tourist area. My room with fan was $14 a night,with airconditioning it would have been $19. There are also poolside rooms with fridge for $25 a night. All rooms include free wifi.
