This is a gentleman who suffered adjacent level spinal stenosis subsequent to a fusion. Worsening spinal stenosis and neurogenic claudication and leg pain drove him to seek an answer. We were able to place a small interspinous spacer above his fusion to decompress his spinal nerve roots. 40 minutes, outpatient, weekend recovery.
