White Sauce Pasta Recipe | ವೈಟ್ ಸಾಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ತಾ | Cheesy White Sauce Pasta | Creamy White Sauce pasta


Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 - 30 minutes
Serves: 3 - 4 peoples

Water - ನೀರು
Oil - ಎಣ್ಣೆ
Salt - ಉಪ್ಪು
Penne Pasta - 1 Cup - ಪೆನ್ನೆ ಪಾಸ್ತಾ
Butter - 2 tablespoons - ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ
Garlic - 1 teaspoon - ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ
Onion - ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ
Red, Yellow, and green capsicum - ದೊಣ್ಣೆ ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಕಾಯಿ
Carrots - ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್
Sweet Corn - ಸಿಹಿ ಮೆಕ್ಕೆಜೋಳ
Oregano - 1 teaspoon - ಓರೆಗಾನೊ
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon - ಚಿಲ್ಲಿ ಫ್ಲೇಕ್ಸ್
Pepper power to taste - ಮೆಣಸು ಪುಡಿ
Milk - 2 cups - ಹಾಲು
Cheese – 2 Slice - ಚೀಸ್
All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons - ಮೈದಾ

Cook the Pasta:
Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt and 1 table spoon oil.
Cook the pasta until it is boiled 90 %
Drain the pasta and set aside and add 1 teaspoon Oil and 1 teaspoon Pepper
Heat a pan with oil, Butter add chopped garlic and onions and saute it
Add Red, Yellow, and green capsicum, Carrots, Sweet corn and add onion petals (Optional)
saute them on high flame, and add Oregano, Chilli flakes, Pepper stir fry it and Keep the vegetables aside.
Heat a pan with some oil, butter, once the butter is melted add maida and mix it well
Slowly add milk to it and whisk it well and Make sure that there are no lumps
Add the cooked vegetables and pasta and add Oregano, Chilli flakes, Pepper add Salt to adjust the taste
Add 2 Slice off Cheese and mix it well and let the pasta cook for about 4 mins
Finally, add some Greeted Cheese and mixed herbs
