International students of HAMK on the Sustainable Forest Management programme made a project about the first National Scientific Park in Finland. The aim was to explore this issue in more detail, as there were numerous debates surrounding the idea of designating Evo as a national park in 2020. Students found this opportunity perfect for studying forest management policies in practice.
The group conducted interviews with several individuals interested in this topic who were involved in the interest group during the creation of the park's concept.
Upon completion of the project, the team created a video with interviews, where anyone can find interesting insights on various aspects of the topic from people who worked on this project.
Students: Aaron Vänskä, Anuoluwapo Moses, Darja Martsenkova, Niko Hokkanen and Xun Lei
