Sticky Honey Chicken
Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
3 tablespoons of honey
1/3 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
1/2 onion, diced
flour for coating
Instructions:
1. Coat diced chicken in flour and brown over medium heat (do not cook through). Add onions in at the end. Combine remaining ingredients in a sauce bowl.
2. Place the chicken and onions in the slow cooker, then pour the sauce mixture over them, making sure each piece is coated evenly.
3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high heat for 2-3 hours, or until the chicken is perfectly cooked and tender.
