Nothing replaces the experience of dancing in the room together in community, but given the circumstances we're in, this will have to do. The day before the COVID-19 San Francisco lockdown, a few Rhythm & Motion instructors were able to get into the studio to film a few of our "small space friendly" routines for dancers at home. Here are 7 songs for you - the first 4 are routines we'd do earlier in class, the last 3 are our arm, ab and leg exercises at the end of class. (For extra practice and to get extra sweaty, we've included a section where you can repeat the first 4 songs straight through with no breakdowns.)

Clear some space in your room, gather those you live with, watch it on the biggest screen you have, and crank up the volume. Enjoy!

For those who don't know Rhythm & Motion, we've been offering dance workouts to the public since 1979, have over 35 experienced and professional dancers on faculty who create the choreography and lead over 50 classes a week.
