T.S. Eliot (1888-1965) was an American-English poet, playwright and a literary critic. He was the founder and Editor of 'The Criterion' journal (1922-39).
A Nobel Prize Winner in Literature, Eliot composed some remarkable poems like 'The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock (1915), The Wasteland (1922), The Hollow Men (1925), Four Quartets (1943) etc.
Eliot also wrote a number of plays or poetic drama, as he ideally addressed his plays.
