Cornstarch Cookies
Ingredients for the cookies:

250 grams of cornstarch (add in 2 parts)
125 grams Bona (vegetable butter)
2 egg yellow
2 heaped tablespoons of powdered sugar
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt

Ingredients for the casing:
1 jar of white chocolate paste
Cornflakes


Place the cookies briefly in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened

Grab a cup of tea/coffee and enjoy 🤤

(Cookies can be stored for a long time if you keep them in a well-sealed container)

Recept 🇳🇱

Maizena koekjes
Ingrediënten voor de koekjes:

250 gram Maizena (in 2 delen toevoegen)
125 gram Bona (plantaardig boter)
2 ei geel
2 volle eetlepels poeder suiker
1/3 theelepel bakpoeder
Snufje zout

Ingrediënten voor de omhulsel:
1 pot witte chocolade pasta
Cornflakes


Leg de koekjes kort in de koelkast, tot de chocola is op gehard 🤍

Kopje thee/koffie erbij en genieten maar 🤤

(Koekjes kunnen lang bewaard worden als je ze in een goed afgesloten bakje bewaard)
