The recipe here in svs mess is passed down to the present owner Ramesh by his grand father "Aduge Ramanna" who was a well know Non-veg cook(Beegara Oota specialist) in kolar.
Note: They serve Dum Biryani only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
