UPDATE: Season 30 current, Diablo 3 2.7.7

This Diablo 3 patch 2.6.1 Wizard DMO build uses frozen orb and can push at least GR 119 at the highest levels of play. Also includes a speed build and a starter version with no items to farm up the Delsere's Magnum Opus starter set with Haedrig's Gift for upcoming season 14. Gameplay shown in video.
