First pour from the new Komos kegerator! It's an American Red Ale and it came out pretty well even though my mind went completely blank on the recipe during the video.
For the record, here's the beer recipe (2.5 gal):
5 lbs Two-Row Pale Ale Malt
8 oz Viking Caramel 100 (38L)
1 oz Roasted Barley
0.5 oz Perle - 60 min (32 IBU)
0.5 oz Mt Hood - 15 min (10.5 IBU)
1 oz Cascade - 1 min (1.6 IBU)
Fermentis US-05 yeast
