This is a dessert you can often find on the streets in Cambodia. It's a sweet creamy, custardy dip for grilled bananas, bread, Chinese long donuts made from coconut milk and pandan leaves.
Have you ever tried it before? Once you try this, you will addicted to it for sure. Hehehe!

Ingredients:
Babanas, breads, or breadsticks
1. Pandan custard

1/2cup [100g] Sugar
2Tablespoon Tapioca starch
1cup [250ml] Coconut milk
1cup [250ml] Milk
1 whole egg
1/2tsp Salt
10 Pandan leaf

2. Coconut milk custard

1 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
1Tablespoon Tapioca starch
1cup [250ml] Coconut milk
3 Pandan leaf
4 or 5 Pcs Green Onions
1/4tsp Salt
