This video was initially posted on my instagram page (@felipe_farias) but, after recently hearing about a similar situation with an acquaintance from university and many people asking me to do it, I've uploaded here on youtube, since it's easier to share. I hope it will help someone.

A few people reached out to me on instagram saying this changed a lot of their lives, that they were considering doing the same to themselves and that now they are thinking twice and are considering reaching out to someone, so I thought posting it here could somehow help others to reach out for help and open up OR help others reach out to their loved ones.
It's really hard sometimes to know what goes on in one's mind unless you ask. People sometimes fight battles we have no idea of.

I hope you don't have to go through the same experience to learn the lesson that I've learned.
