Fio616, cx2000 or Win209 primer.
30 grains Hodgdon Longshot.
MG42 (Gualandi SuperG) wad.
1 ounce steel shot (no bigger than #3).
Fold crimp (GAEP finish optional).
approx. 1500 FPS.
