90 g heavy whipping cream (1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp)
60 g granulated sugar (1/4 cup+1 Tbsp)
30 g unsweetened cocoa powder (4 Tbsp)
120 g dark chocolate
530 g heavy cream (2 cup + 2½ Tbsp)
