Caught this Manifest rolling thru, what's left of Dallas Street Yard in the downtown area of El Paso. Because UP could not expand the yard, they created the Santa Teresa Terminal in New Mexico. And UP downgraded Dallas Street to a few yard tracks and run thru tracks. Couple of DPU's you can watch at 5:30.
