Smoking a brisket doesn't have to be intimidating. Follow my easy recipe for a delicious smoked brisket.
In my opinion, the trim is a very important part of the process. Take your time, don't rush it, and trim in small pieces. I smoked this bad boy on my Weber Searwood overnight. No wrap, no spritz, just a simple overnight cook for a delicious brisket.
