No matter what happens in the rest of his career of his career Chris Paul will go down as on of the greatest point guards in NBA history, but at this point it seems pretty likely he will retire without a championship. He was not without his chances though. The Lob City Clippers were always contenders in the West, he was one game away from the finals in 2018 before being injured and in 2021 he had a 2-0 lead in the finals. But for one reason or another Paul was never able to capture that title.
