Garlic 6cloves or 20gms
Hot Water 1cup or 240ml
Tomatoes 3medium or 250gms
Oil/Ghee 1/2cup or 120ml
Red Chili 1/2tsp or 2gms
Yoghurt 1cup or 240ml
Cumin 1tsp or 5gms
Coriander 1tsp or 3gms
Black Pepper 1tsp or 5gms
Green Chilies for garnish
Ginger Julien for garnish
