Spring rolls are nearly on every order in a CHinese takeaway, and that's because they're amazing for a start or as a side to any meal, today we're showing you a vegetable spring rolls recipe, after looking back, we we're shocked that we hadn't covered this yet, so we had to rectify this! We even threw in a quick sweet chilli sauce recipe too and yes it's better than any out of the bottle, well in our eyes it is, in fact in our restaurant our sweet chilli sauce (relish) is actually hand made on site, which 99% of Chinese take-out's don't do, it's normally bought in, don;t get me wrong, I actually like the bottles sauce it's just nowhere near as tasty as this recipe. I didn't do it in this video, but my favorite way to eat these is to bite off the top and then pour dark soy sauce into the roll, super salty but I can't get enough of them like that.
