Basic ROTC Cadet Officers of PHINMA University of Iloilo ROTC Unit performs the Silent Drill prior to their NSTP-ROTC Graduation Ceremony and Incorporation to the Reserve Force. The Silent Drill Platoon is composed of 40 Basic Cadet Officers.
