[00:00:13] You're in for a treat today. We're at sun-swept which is a beach house here on the gulf. So it's our half and Tallahassee Panama City much closer to a small airport. And then there's even a private airport on the on the island. We are on the island of Saint George Island, which is 21 miles long. This is like old Florida here. This old-school Florida is not going to have this isn't South Beach with a thousand people. On the beach look here how close you are. I'm going to show you the whole thing. I just want to show you that the island 21 miles long of which 8 miles is a state park and that state park is just great up here a bicycle ride away. So you want stores are 3, 4 minute bicycle ride away restaurants bars oyster bars. Dial is just a half mile. And then you're in the Apalachicola Bay. [00:01:12] I love this place; you know the owner stay here a lot. So it's got a lot of personal touches. And of course it's in excellent condition because of that that they stay here not only is it used a lot by the owner, but it's also pet free and smoke-free property. So you can be assured of that. It's nice and fresh smelling when you get here that means a lot certainly to a lot of people means a lot to me plenty of places to park here. We park the boat. And in a vehicle or to plenty place, I want to show you all kinds of stuff with this property but there's sand everywhere got so beautiful. We just walked around the side of the house. This is the outdoor shower which you can use and we use the hose everything off because it's everything gets so Sandy, but how nice is this outdoor shower out here?

[00:02:06] Beautiful screen porch place to sit the grill all that stuff. You can see seagulls everywhere. And here we are at the beach. Now. This is 21 miles of uninterrupted Beach. I've been down here several times and there's never any people on the beach. You might see 5 people or so during the course of a long weekend. We usually stay for about 5 days or so. The houses are far apart. So it's really nice like that. Your room in between here and then you got a big double lot here. So did I mention 21 uninterrupted miles of Beach? I'm not going to ever let my wife see this because you want to be here every weekend. This house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and there's all kinds of stuff. Of course, they've got lots of board games and DVDs and things like that. But here you can have a little fire on the beach. So you bring a little firewood or you can buy firewood here have a little fire on the beach who would want to sit and watch TV, but you get the occasional rain.

[00:03:19] And there's all kinds of stuff to do in the house, but it sleeps 11 people so you can bring the grandkids and the grandparents and every body here coming back around. I'm going to take you inside first. I'm Gonna Knock the sand off my feet because there's sand everywhere. Of course, you can expect that at the beach don't got tile here walk in first thing here to the right is kitchen and it's huge up in a lot of these beach house kitchens and Sometimes you're bumping bucks not here. You got plenty of room. Here's one of these entertaining deals here. You can sit here prepare food and watch the beach. Look at that. Everything's here for you microwave coffee maker all kinds of stuff.

[00:04:15] So you couple of bedrooms. This is one of the bedrooms here 4 bedrooms. Remember and three 3 full baths plenty of closet space all views of the ocean or the Gulf. Tile Imagine the grandkids here. I sure can. You've got all kinds of games DVDs books stereo system. Who would you bring down with you if you had some friends to come down? Who would you bring would you bring your neighbor your brother-in-law? I believe my brother-in-law at home only kidding. Okay, but who would you bring down?
