I believe how you treat yourself when you have your period has a big impact on your overall health. This is a time for rest so that you can restore the energy you need for the rest of the cycle (and potentially creating a baby).

When you're trying to conceive and you get your period there are some BIG emotions; anger, sadness, grief, disappointment, jealousy, and on it goes. I hope this meditation helps you to connect and find the relief you need.
