GLUTEN FREE LACTATION COOKIES:
1 Cup softened butter
2 Cups packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
5 tablespoons gf brewers yeast powder:

1 tablespoon sunflower lecithin powder:

1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups rolled oats
1 3/4 cups almond flour

Chill in fridge for 1 hour
Roll into 1 inch balls and place 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
Bake at 350°f for 13 minutes
