If you were asked what the most recent iteration of Street Fighter IV is, you would most likely answer with Ultra Street Fighter IV, unless you live under a rock or have frequent memory loss, and while USFIV is indeed the most recent mainline entry into the series, I wanted to cover the forgotten balance patch to the game that threw fair and honest characters out the window (Elena, Evil Ryu, El Fuerte, etc.) and made everyone super cracked out and stupid fun to play:
