We are trying our hands at preserving foods and one of those processes is fermenting, which has incredible health benefits! Erik made some delicious Kimchi ( a wonderful Korean fermented cabbage dish), using some ingredients from our garden! It was a fun project and we will definitely be doing it again! Of course our chickens were up to their usual shenanigans and hilarity. Come see what we have been up to!
