Head-to-toe Physical Assessment Part 1: This video begins to demonstrates a complete head-to-toe physical assessment including a safety assessment of the patients’ room. Part 1 includes assessment of the upper body and abdomen. Part 2 includes assessment of the lower extremities and back.
