HOW TO MAKE KIMCHI
Ingredients:
chinese cabbage
for the sauce:
3 cups water
5 tbspn glutinous rice flour
3 tbspn brown sugar
3/3 cup chili powder
white onion 125 g
ginger 30 g
garlic 130 g
1/4 cup aramang / shrimp paste
2 tbspn patis/fish sauce
1 tbspn soy sauce
2 apple gala - peeled
spring onion 105 g
white raddish 220 g
