The NordicTrack 2450 is one of NordicTrack’s top selling treadmills due to its combination of great features, affordable price, and folding design. The high-powered 2450 motor will reach a maximum horsepower of 4.0. It inclines to 15% grade and declines to a -3% grade and has Runners Flex cushioning in the deck for added joint comfort and support. The 22” wide by 60” long deck provides extra length and is the longest deck on any NordicTrack folding treadmill. It will achieve speeds up to 12mph and is powered enough to support heavy training and multiple users. The 2450 has a maximum user capacity of 300lb.

NordicTrack’s subscription service iFit is free for the first 30 Days with your purchase of a 2450. iFit includes over 16,000 workouts with indoor studio classes and outdoor routes all over the world! You can run, walk, jog or hike numerous gorgeous locations, led by a personal trainer who gives cues and support as you go. Indoor classes focus on steady-state running, HIIT, intervals, sprints, or cross training classes with exercises both on and off the treadmill. You can get a full-body workout with iFit. Classes and content are updated frequently so you will never get bored or run out of options! In addition to iFit, the 2450 comes preloaded with 50 onboard programs that do not require a subscription.

The 2450 console features a 14” full color touchscreen, which helps you navigate through class options, adjust volume, and control speed and incline/decline. There are two fans in the console which is a fantastic addition! Fans make all the difference when working out inside. One touch controls in the console make it easy to toggle between speeds and inclines quickly and easily. There are also two speakers that will play the iFit classes or you can Bluetooth your own music from your phone to play on the speakers.

One of the best features on the 2450 is its ability to fold up when you are finished. A hydraulic arm under the deck provides some assist as you lift. When folded, the deck will lock into place to security. To unlock, simply press your foot on the release bar and the hydraulic system again lowers the deck back to the floor gently without any thud or harsh impact. You don’t even have to hold the deck as it lowers -- it will do it all itself!
