This is an unboxing, review, and comparison of the Lanparte HHG-01 Handheld 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer for Smartphones and GoPros. MSRP $450 (Street price is under $350).

I have two different versions of the HHG-01 stabilizer that I will be comparing in detail. These two versions were both purchased from Amazon within the last 30 days. There are multiple design changes between the two versions that I think are important for any current owner or potential buyer to understand.

In my review I discuss the pros and cons as well as the defects that I encountered with HHG-01 Ver 1. The review concludes with some sample clips that I took using the HHG-01 stabilizer on a recent vacation.
