28 King Size Shirmp

1/2 onion
1 to 2 scotch bonnets Pepper
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 stalk scallions
3 cloves garlic

🌼Seasoning
1 Tsp all purpose season
1 Tsp fish season
1/2 Tsp black pepper

2 Tsp olive oil
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp pimento seed

🌼Pot
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Onion
Garlic

1/2 cup water
1 Tsp Red food colouring/Optional
1/2 all purpose season
1/2 paprika

🌺Pot
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp all purpose season
1/2 paprika
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp dark soya sauce
2 Tbsp bbq sauce or sweet chilli sauce

Cook for 6 to 7 minutes
