Berlin from a different perspective - from the water. On this commented boat tour you can relax and let many of the main sights pass by:
Nikolai Quarter, Humboldt Forum, Berlin Cathedral, Museum Island, Friedrichstrasse Station with the Palace of Tears, Reichstag Building, Parliament Quarter, Futurium, Federal Chancellery and Bellevue Palace, and much more.
For those who visit Berlin, this boat tour on the Spree may give them an incentive to enjoy such a trip themselves, and for those who can't come to Berlin, it will give them an impression of the city center tour, which is the most booked of all boat tours.

Tips and Links:
There are numerous moorings of different providers along the route. So in the peak time between 11 am and 5 pm you can easily find a tour.
The large providers such as Stern und Kreis or Reederei Riedel own the larger ships. In sunny weather you sit there a little higher and have the best view, in the rain you sit below deck and see badly. There is an audio guide with the most common languages, which is useful for guests who understand neither German nor English.
As a guide, however, I prefer a live commentary, which is offered by the smaller providers across from the Berlin Cathedral. These usually also have the "convertible boats", boats with a glass roof that can be opened or closed depending on the weather.
You often pay there a little less than the currently usual 19 euros and can also negotiate sometimes, if the next boat wants to leave and is not yet fully booked.

With the larger shipping companies you can also find offers for longer tours.
