Kampua mee is the Foochow version of kolo mee and is very popular in Sibu and Bintulu.This dish is typically garnished with several slices of barbequed pork,spring onions,chili sauces,and a bowl of soup.Kampua mee can also be prepared according to your preference;plain,with soy sauce or acombination of the two.There are also halal versions of this dish served at Malay stalls.
