On the 29th of August 2024, a girl & her grandmother went out grocery shopping in Queens, New York. When they arrived something horrific occured, 64-year-old Wayne Noel, approached the girl, while her grandmother was using the restroom. He abducted & s*xually assaulted her over the next few moments, however the ordeal was cut short after a member of the public intervened.

Wayne fled from the scene but returned soon after, sadly he was able to locate the girl & finished off the job.

Police would eventually catch up with Wayne less than 24 hours later, however he fled in his vehicle, during the persuit he would crash into another vehicle & died as the result of his injuries.
