After multiple attempts, using the original clips from both her TV Special and her "You Are At The Outpost concert", editing different portions, all the uploads met the same fate --- either blocked worldwide or partially blocked. This current one is my "new and improved" production of one of Teresa Teng's famous songs at her famed "You Are At The Outpost Concert" in Taichung, Taiwan in September, 1981.
