Resep Bubur Sumsum (untuk 7 porsi)

Bahan jeli pandan:
650 ml jus pandan (6 lembar daun pandan + 6 lembar daun suji)
10 gr bubuk jeli
50 gr gula pasir

Bahan bubur sumsum:
300 ml santan kental
450 ml air
30 gr tepung beras
15 gr tepung tapioka
2 lembar daun pandan
½ sdt garam

Bahan brown sugar granola:
50 gr mentega
80 gr gula palem
2 sdm air
¼ sdt garam
1 ½ cup Quaker Rolled Oat
½ cup kismis
1 cup almond slice

Pelengkap:
Sirup gula merah, opsional

Langkah:
1. Masukkan jus pandan, bubuk jeli, dan gula pasir, aduk rata, masak hingga mendidih kemudian saring
2. Tuang ke dalam gelas, dinginkan
3. Untuk granola, panaskan wajan di api kecil, masukkan Quaker Rolled Oats dan slice almond, sangrai hingga sedikit kecokelatan
4. Masukan kismis, masak sesaat hingga kecokelatan, sisihkan
5. Masukkan gula palem dan air, aduk rata lalu tambahkan mentega dan garam, aduk rata
6. Masukan campuran oats, masak sesaat lalu pindahkan ke dalam loyang yang sudah dialasi baking paper, diamkan hingga dingin
7. Untuk bubur sum-sum, masukkan air, santan, tepung tapioka, tepung beras, dan garam, aduk rata kemudian masukkan daun pandan, nyalakan api masak hingga mengental sambil diaduk
8. Masukkan bubur sumsum ke dalam gelas berisi jelly lalu tambahkan granola dan sirup gula merah sebagai topping

Indonesian Sweet Rice Porridge Recipe (yield 7 servings)

Pandan Jelly ingredients:
650 ml pandan juice (6 pc pandan leaf + 6 pc suji leaf)
10 g jelly powder
50 g sugar

Sweet Rice Porridge ingredients:
300 ml instant coconut milk
450 ml water
30 g rice flour
15 g tapioca flour
2 pc pandan leaf
½ tsp salt

Brown Sugar Granola ingredients:
50 g butter
80 g palm sugar
2 tbsp water
¼ tsp salt
1.5 cup Quaker Rolled Oats
½ cup raisin
1 cup sliced almond

Add-ons:
Palm sugar syrup, optional

Steps:
1. Add pandan juice, jelly powder, and sugar into the pan. Mix well and cook until boiling, then strain.
2. Pour into a glass and chill.
3. For the Granola, heat a pan on low heat. Add Quaker Rolled Oats and sliced almonds. Toast until lightly browned.
4. Add raisins. Cook for a moment until browned. Set aside.
5. Add palm sugar and water. Stir, then add butter and salt. Stir well.
6. Add the oat mixture. Cook for a moment, then transfer to a pan lined with baking paper. Let it cool down.
7. For the Sweet Rice Porridge, add water, coconut milk, tapioca flour, rice flour, and salt. Stir well, then add pandan leaf. Turn the heat on and cook until it thickens while stirring.
8. Add Sweet Rice Porridge into the glass with Pandan Jelly. Add Granola and Palm Sugar Syrup as toppings.
