Go with the flow! The longest flow trail descent in the UK. Over 6km of man made trail descending through some fine Scottish scenery in the Glenlivet Estate part of the Cairngorm national park in the Scottish Highlands. The big red descent is part or a larger 22km red trail that is ever expanding. I started at the car park by the cafe and made my way to the blue and red trail which lead me the climb to the top. I decided not to include most of this footage on the way there and back (may include this in a separate video if requested) but instead concentrated on the big red descent itself. It was my first time here and definitely not my last. Fast flowy trails through the forrest and hillside with black and red optional features on the way to keep you on your toes. Plans are also in the mix to expand on these well maintained trails to offer new lines and features. Well worth a visit and these MTB trails are not the only trails this area is famous for as it's situated in the heart of the malt Whisky trail which takes in dozens of world renowned distilleries in the Speyside region.
Here's hoping a new tenant will take over the cafe and they can build on what are already excellent facilities. Also worth mentioning that there is good pump track and skills area to warm up on before hitting the trails.
