DOUGH
Bread flour 300g / 2,1/8cup
Sugar 30g / 4Tbsp
Salt 5g / 1tsp
Whole egg 3 / 150g+-
Lukewarm milk 70ml
Instant yeast 5g / 1/2Tbsp
Cold unsalted butter 80g / 1/3cup

EGG WASH
Whole egg 2tsp
Fresh milk 2tsp

Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 15-18 minutes
