For the choux pastry:
65g - water

1/2tsp - sugar
1/4 - salt
2 - eggs
75g - plain flour
For the cream filling:
1 tub - double cream
2Tbsp - icing sugar
1tsp - vanilla
Chocolate Sauce:
200ml - milk
50ml - double cream
20g - butter
50g - soft brown sugar
200g - dark chocolate
