This past Sunday, our Kids Pastor Sebastian Martinez preached a message entitled “The Pursuit of Less.” Pastor Seb emphasized the importance of drawing near to God by intentionally slowing down and fully dedicating ourselves to Him. He highlighted how both sin and busyness can hinder our connection with God. Reflecting on Jesus’ practice of seeking solitude for prayer, we are reminded that pursuing less and seeking God’s kingdom first allows us to experience more of His presence and blessings in our lives.

1) Drawing near requires us to slow down.

2) Drawing near requires us to set ourselves before Him.

3) Drawing near requires us to set our attention fully on Him.
