Score in 2 touches from outside the 16m box

Variation 2: 00:45
Score in 2 touches, run around the pole on your side and try to block the next shot
Striker can do his first touch in the 16m box

Variation 3: 01:32
Same rules but after the shot you can go right or left and the striker can choose to go left or right with his first touch
