전경 버스가 교문 앞에 서 있고 교내에는 사복 경찰들이 들어와 대학을 감시하던 시절, 도서관에서 운동권 학생이 투신자살하자 경찰에서는 도서관 창문마다 방충망을 설치한다.
It is the time when riot police buses were parked in front of university gates, and the campus was under the surveillance of police officers in disguise. After a protesting student commits suicide by throwing oneself out of the library building, the police install mosquito nets on the library windows.

한 사내가 바닷가에서 자신의 머리에 권총을 겨누지만 이마를 스치고 상흔만 남는다. 그가 지나가는 거리의 사람들 머리에도 상흔이 남겨져 있는데… 총을 겨누는 사람, 총에 맞는 사람. 그들은 누구이며, 누구를 향해 총을 쏘는 것일까?
A man on a beach, aims a gun at his head. The shoot only grazes his forehead, leaving a scar. As he walks along the streets, he notices scars on other people’s heads. Those who aim, those who are aimed at. Who are they, who are they shooting?

1987년 박종철 열사 고문 치사 사건으로 촉발되어 그해 6월 항쟁으로 이어진 사회의 흐름을 민중가요 ‘그날이 오면’과 함께 전한다. 당대의 역동성을 다양한 이미지로 확장해 나간다.
The democratization movement of 1987, that was sparked by the tragic death of PARK Jong-chul caused by torture leading June uprising, is portrayed alongside the protest song When that day comes. The dynamism of the period is expanded through multiple images.
