Today I made a Japanese style no bake cheese cake using a nostalgic recipe.

Japanese style no bake cheese cake

☆ Material (15cm Serkle or bottom removal type)

200g cream cheese
Granulated sugar 60g
15g lemon juice
150g plain yogurt
150g fresh cream
○ Gelatin powder 5g
○ 25g of water
(Bottom fabric)
Graham cracker 60g
30g unsalted butter (melted)

☆ Preparation
-Combine water and gelatin and put in a container.

☆ How to make

1. Put the graham cracker in a thick bag and crush it finely with a rolling pin. Add melted butter and mix well.

2. Put the crackers in the mold and spread them on the bottom. Put it in the refrigerator.

3. Put the cream cheese in a heat-resistant bowl and heat it for about 20 seconds in the microwave.

4. Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, lemon juice and yogurt in this order and mix well each time.

5. Put the whipped cream in a new bowl and whisk loosely with a hand mixer.

6. Add the whipped fresh cream to the cheese dough and mix well.

7. Heat gelatin in microwave for 20 seconds to melt, add to cheese dough and mix well.

8. Pour the dough into the mold. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours to half a day.

9. (Remove cake from mold)
Heat the wet cloth in a microwave for about 1 minute. * Be careful of burns.

10. Apply a hot cloth to the sides of the mold to melt the surface of the cake.

11. Complete by removing the cake from the mold!
