A chance to catch up on a Q&A with Raynor Winn to celebrate the launch of her new book The Wild Silence.

Raynor Winn is a long-distance walker and writer. Her first book The Salt Path was a Sunday Times bestseller, which followed Raynor and her husband Moth on an epic journey walking the 630-mile South West Coast Path. The couple turned to the Path after being made homeless, following a bad investment, and after learning that Moth was suffering from a terminal illness.

The book is an honest and life-affirming true story of how the Path helped them redefine what ‘home’ meant to them. The book captured the hearts and minds of millions and has inspired many to follow in her footsteps along the South West Coast Path.

Now, Raynor returns with her hotly anticipated second book, which picks up where she left off. The Wild Silence is a story about Raynor & Moth’s inextricable connection to the land; and how by exploring their past, she can come to terms with their future.

The session was hosted by the South West Coast Path Association, the charity that looks after the Coast Path, for whom Raynor is an Ambassador. If you like the video, please consider making a donation to the South West Coast Path Association at www.southwestcoastpath.org.uk/donate
