Hey everyone! I hope you are all safe and healthy. Here's what we've been up to during social distancing. It's not too far off from our normal life, but we're spending more time focusing on our family and home.

Veggie Stock-
Add
2-3 Celery Sticks
2-3 Carrot Sticks
1 Whole Onion
1 Garlic Clover or a few Garlic Tops
2 Bay Leaves
Handful of peppercorns
to a large pot of water. Simmer for several hours. Once it cools, freeze, or refrigerate and use within a few days.

Veggie Soup-
MIREPOIX-
1 chopped white onion
1-2 chopped carrots
1-2 chopped celery stocks

add olive oil and sweat in a pan.

add to veggie broth and add noodles.
