Zucchini Pesto Pasta using 2 of my favourite elbow grease powered appliances (that’s means no power cords btw). One of my fave 10 min dishes that’s BURSTING with flavour using only a spiralizer and mortar pestle from my good pals at LeeValley.com… Oh, and it also happens to be completely raw and vegetarian. Trust me you won’t miss the meat. So easy to make my girls sometimes make it.
