While designing a new purpose-built fishing boat for next season, Matt Watson has taken charge of his first Stabicraft Ultra Centre Cab, with 300hp V6 Yamaha Outboard. This boat is a standard ‘off the shelf’ boat that Matt has just added some clever little touches to, and just gone out and used it, chasing everything from inshore fish to Swordfish. The big questions for this review; How will Matt like the forward facing screen? How will the fishing go standard Furuno electronics? How will the boat perform and manoeuvre with a single engine? And will this boat live up to it’s name ’Swordfish Mojo’ ?
