Personally I'm surprised to see such a township in this location initially as this totally contradicts with our understand of Putra Heights as a quiet and low density neighbourhood. But after visiting the site, it makes total sense. The LRT station is filled with cars, there are shortage of carparks around the commercial area, and it's just so convenient to travel to both Puchong and Subang Jaya.

The entry price is also very attractive, especially when it's next to an existing LRT station. But do take that in context with the density of the project. Also, the units are designed using the cost oriented approach. I guess the single bathroom layout will take many of us by surprise. But if we think about it, for a family of 3-4 this can still perfectly work. In return, buyers will get to enjoy the convenience of existing infrastructures with a 2 acre facilities deck that complements their lifestyle.

Personally, I am in awe with that approach of mixing both open and compliance products together within all 3 towers. If profit was the main consideration, the products would be isolated. The intent was providing a 'real' affordable product is genuine in my opinion.

Well, deep down this can also somewhat be an investment product hehe;)
