Episode 1 of my Road to Paris 2024 Olympic games

In the 1st series of my new series the Road to Paris 2024, I set my 2023 track and field intentions for this season leading up to the Olympics in 2024.

Reflection is always the 1st step towards improvement and I look back and reflect on what I've achieved so far in my athletics career competing for Team Canada on the world and olympic stage, and set my sights on reaching the podium in the upcoming world championships in 2023 and ultimately the paris 2024 olympic games!

Belief in your own abilities as an athlete starts within yourself and in this video I discuss how I have created that belief and self confidence by learning from my past experiences and seeing small slivers of hope that help me see the vision of Olympic glory!

Racing athletes like Andre De Grasse, Kenny Bednarek, Noah Lyles, Trayvon Bromell, Fred Kerley, Erriyon Knighton and more is always a tough feat. But it's all about setting the intention for success and striving to become the best athlete I can be on my Road to Paris 2024 Olympics.
