I get a lot of questions about life after ECT. What is day to day life like? Does ECT cause a brain injury? What does ECT's neural fatigue look like? Does ECT's electrical injury effect your muscles? Does it cause brain damage and CNS damage? Does ECT change your personality? Does ECT cause memory loss? Does ECT make you tired? Does Brain Injury cause fatigue? Does ECT cause neuronal fatigue? Hopefully this video is a visual representation of those answers. It was filmed May 2019, 11 years and 11 months after treatment.

If you choose to use these supplements, please talk to your doctor about getting an Amino Acid plasma test through Quest Diagnositics first to establish your baseline Serine levels. Then track your levels monthly. We discovered that although I was initially deficient in serine, after supplementing with it for months, I came into normal ranges. Months later, I surpassed normal ranges. My doctor had me lower the dose and then discontinued it all together.

This is the serine I used: http://montiff.com/v3/shop/pure-indiv...

This is a link to the ATP I use at breakfast and lunch: http://montiff.com/v3/shop/antioxidan...

I'm not paid to advertise for Montiff, Inc. I trust it because Don Tyson, the retired NIH researcher I mention in the video, is the one working with my doctor. He owns Montiff.

This is the pea protein isolate that I use: https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Sports-Pro.... Again, this is not a paid advertisement, it's just what I found works for me.

I am not a doctor. I am sharing what my doctor is using to help me. Please be sure to consult your own doctor before starting or stopping any supplements. This vlog is not medical advise.
